There are hundreds of double wide designs to choose from. Here are some of our customers favorites. Each design can be produced as a 24’, 27’ or 29’ wide home. All plans can be customized. Some Standard Features: Finished exteriors/ Durable fiberglass shingle roof/ 2” x 6” exterior wall studs packed with R20 energy saving insulation/ 5/8” T & G OSB floor structure/ Residential design PVC windows/ finished interiors, including cabinets, fixtures, floor coverings and venetian blinds/ full baths feature one piece tub and showers/ 90% efficient gas forced air furnace or electric forced air or base board heating available. Double wides also come standard with cem panel vertical siding and "West Coast Orange Peel" textured drywall with rounded corners.
