Triple wide module production opens up more possibilities to copy or recreate plans from hundreds of different housing designs; even plans from outside of the manufacturers housing industry. Let our design team look at your house plan and see if we can incorporate it into a module production home. Did you know that module homes can be mated to site built crawlspaces and basements? Main floor plans can be designed to accommodate stairways to the basement. Depending on site conditions, each module can be easily rolled on and mated to the foundation using our specialized equipment or professionally crane assisted into position.

Some Standard Features: Finished exteriors/ Durable fiberglass shingle roof/ 2” x 6” exterior wall studs packed with R20 energy saving insulation/ 5/8” T & G OSB floor structure/ Residential design PVC windows/ finished interiors, including cabinets, fixtures, floor coverings and venetian blinds/ full baths feature one piece tub and showers/ 90% efficient gas forced air furnace or electric forced air or base board heating available.  Triple wides also come fully equipped with cem panel vertical siding and "West Coast Orange Peel" textured drywall with rounded corners.
